Engagement & Elopements

Let’s go on an authentic adventure where you express love and joy and we capture it - be it a surprise question… “Will you marry me” to which we have heard some great expletive responsives all positive, or to witness your vows as a couple making the most of the beautiful Southern landscape that presents all you need for in nature we see a version of sustainability, as a respect and caring of each other that is possible and all we really need.

We have photographed couples from far and wide who come to this place for the very reason of the mountains and skies provide an unbeatable energy and beauty.

As an award winning NZIPP Landscape Photographer you can trust us to authentically capture all that is special about you both. We enjoy learning your unique story, whichever place you whakapapa to. They joy for us is in authentically photographing you. Completely independent of styling, or current trend but a true capture of what we see. Love really is beautiful and how lucky are we to be able to see and record that.

Elopement & Engagement Packages

We have the unique skills of being Land Rover owners & endorsed passenger drivers, holding Department of Conservation Concessions and professional Photographers. This makes surprise engagements, and location elopements with a celebrant easily organised. We know our landscape and weather perfectly and can help you plan to create the best possible location for you. We combine with Heli’s if that is an added piece of the puzzle or can drive you to your location with ease.

Our concessions run into a very long list, but examples of locations for engagement shoots would be into Skippers Canyon to the west of Coronet Peak, a stunning and immediate to Queenstown setting, with cathedral high bluffs backlit in the evening with the sunset through Mount Selwyn and where only concessionary drivers are permitted to photograph. Or into Conservation land such as the many hilly historic reserves we have across Central Otago which deliver the gorgeous snowy backdrops of the Pisas and Hawkduns that demand the sun’s rays of this huge landscape combined with stony huts and relics from yesteryear.
